Inviting a new user

  1. Navigate to the User Management area from the menu bar.

  2. Click the "Add User" button this will open the user creation form.

  3. Enter the user’s details

    • Name: Enter the full name of the user.

    • Email Address: Enter a valid email address.
      Note: The invitation to join FinverityOS will be sent to this address, so please double-check for accuracy.

  4. Select the User Role
    Choose the appropriate role for the user from the drop-down list. This determines the permissions and actions available to them.

  5. Click "Save"
    The invitation will be sent to the provided email address.

Once the invitation is sent, the user can activate their account and set up their password.
